Reservations:

After receiving our offer, the reservation may be confirmed by sending us a short reply by email.
To secure the booking, a confirmation deposit of €250.00 or €300.00 per person is required, depending on the period booked.

Cancellations:

In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid is non-refundable unless the guest has taken out travel in-surance.

Late Cancellation, No-Show or Early Departure:

The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, late arrival or early departure, unless the guest has taken out travel insurance.
In the event of cancellation within 48 hours prior to arrival, failure to arrive (no-show), or early departure for any reason, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged, regardless of whether the remaining nights are actually used.

Travel Insurance:

We recommend considering travel insurance at the time of booking.
To protect yourself against possible cancellation costs, we advise taking out travel insurance. Subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant policy, the insurance provider may reimburse the expenses in-curred.
Any claims or reimbursements relating to travel insurance are exclusively a matter between the guest and the insurance company.

We accept payment by credit card (Visa and Mastercard), debit card, cash up to a maximum amount of €4,999.00, or bank transfer.
Where possible, we would appreciate it if the tourist tax could be paid in cash.

Tourist Tax:

In accordance with current local regulations, a tourist tax of €3.60 per person, per night, applies.
The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price and must be paid directly at the hotel.
Children under the age of 14 are exempt.

Pets:

Check-in and Check-out:

Rooms are available from 1:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Guests planning to arrive late in the evening are kindly requested to inform us in advance.

Val Gardena Guest Pass:

Once the accommodation agreement has been finalised, guests will receive the Val Gardena Guest Pass, hereinafter referred to as the “Guest Pass”.

The Guest Pass is valid for the entire duration of the stay, from 12:00 a.m. on the day of arrival until 12:00 midnight on the day of departure, in accordance with Resolution No. 732/2022 of the Provincial Govern-ment of South Tyrol.

The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport services within the network known as “südtirolmo-bil”, as well as additional services that may vary depending on the local tourism organisation.

The sole provider of the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Consorzio Mobilità, appointed as the central co-ordinating body in accordance with the above-mentioned resolution of the Provincial Government.
